I am so excited to share all of the details from last weekend's movie night under the stars. If you are in Houston, bookmark this blog post to have all of the vendor details saved.
First thing's first, the movie set up was provided by Anywhere Media. I was super excited to partner with them to make this event come to life. I first found them on Instagram, and was so blown away with the concept. When they say they can set up your movie night anywhere, they mean anywhere! Make sure to check out their pricing details on their website and their socials for different set ups they have done. Bonus -- They are a black owned business, which makes me so happy to see in my city, and makes me super excited to share them with y'all.
A movie night wouldn't be complete without fun decor. I was so honored to team up with a few local vendors including Alpha Lit, XOXO Balloons & More, and Posh Pop Balloons. Alpha Lit provided the giant light up letters. These were the first thing guests saw when they walked in and everyone was super impressed. XOXO Balloons & More provided the super cute candy cart. It was the perfect place for the dessert set up. Posh Pop Balloons designed the beautiful white and gold balloon garland. It was the perfect addition to the candy cart, and just brought all of the decor together. I was so impressed with the decor, but even more impressed with their customer service! They all delivered on time, gave me a pick up estimate, and were so professional.
I knew I wanted to team up with Posh Flower Wall, because not only are their walls beautiful, they add a fun interactive way for guests to snap pictures during the event. They have several options available, and you can choose one that fits best with your event's theme. It would not have been complete without the beautiful neon sign from Just For Today. They were super helpful with accommodating us with the right sign for the event. It was also a great way to light up the night, and they have tons of phrases and customizable options for your next event.
It wouldn't be a party without sweets! I am so thankful for Panela Pastry! I had been a huge fan of her work and an admirer on Instagram for a
while. I knew she would make my vision come to life, and she did just that. The cake was not only gorgeous, it tasted amazing! She truly has magic hands. And I can't forget the amazing cookies from Treats by Bec. OMG! I sent her the invite for the event, and she literally mimicked it. They were gorgeous! I had to hide a few for myself, and I almost didn't want to eat them because they were so pretty. I am so happy she agreed to be a part of the event!
For the rest of the decor, we kept it simple and tried to stick with white and gold colors. I also found flameless candles on Amazon that were the perfect centerpieces for the tables. We also wrapped twinkle lights around the deck and plants, which added a super fun touch.
I am super grateful to all of the vendors who helped make the night extra special! Remember, when you purchase from a small business, they are doing a happy dance to celebrate your support!
